Terms & Conditions

Payment and credit

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm your order and then a contract has been made between us.  In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

Payment terms are payment upfront in full prior to dispatch (unless otherwise agreed).

A 30-day credit facility will only be given in certain circumstances after a credit /background check has been carried out.  Any late payments we will incur a fee of 5% per month of the total value of the outstanding balance unpaid past their payment due date.

The Mane Hub Ltd will keep ownership of the goods until such a time as any outstanding invoices are paid in full.  Then responsibility for the goods then passes to the buyer upon the receipt of goods.

The Mane Hub Ltd reserves the right to terminate a customer’s credit facilities in favour of pre-payment terms, in the event of repeated late payment.

How to place your order

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the products you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Our minimum order requirement is 1 case containing 12 products that can be mixed.

Carriage costs are included in the price quoted.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.  We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect.

Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

Price

The price for each product is shown on themanehub.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 20%.  Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.   Prices shown include and/or exclude VAT where applicable.

We always try to make sure that the prices on themanehub.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered. You can do so by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Credit Card

Orders may be processed online, we aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your order.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order different

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with your order, please make sure you record the damage on the courier’s delivery note and sign and date it.  You must then email us at hello@themanehub.co.uk and advise of the loss/ damage within 24 hours so that we can record our claim. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

If you order has shortages, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Should your goods arrive damaged through manufacturers defect you should notify us immediately and return the products for examination no later than 7 days from receipt of delivery.  Any customer who uses a damaged item is deemed to have accepted the goods in their current state.

Where damage has occurred through defective materials the full value of the goods will be refunded.  Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.

If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

Where we replace faulty goods, you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be made for any items returned at customer’s expense which are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and not damaged within 14 days of receiving them.

Credit Notes or exchanges will be issued within 7 days from receipt of the returned goods. Postage & Packaging at £8.00 per item will be charged for any items re-dispatched.

We will refund or replace items like for like providing the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is re-saleable and there is 100% volume remaining.  We reserve the right to withhold 25% of the purchase price, this will be increased to 50% in the event an item is either soiled or damaged and cannot be re sold.

Please note that any item purchased in a ‘sale’ cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Due to reasons of hygiene/ safety we are unable to exchange or accept the return of items once they have been contaminated by contact with an animal.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
