Placing an order
Once you have placed your order, we will automatically send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will contact you within 48 hours to advise.
Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown. We try to be as accurate as possible and all information provided is in good faith. This contract is covered by English law.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms.
To place an order simply select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your basket. You can remove items from your basket at any time. Delivery charges are shown prior to you placing your order. You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. Any promotional prices shown will only apply during the period stated.
All our prices are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. Changes are not possible once you have confirmed your order or this may result in you incurring additional charges delays.
Price
The price for each product is shown on themanehub.co.uk includes VAT at 20% and does not include any government taxes.
Prices on themanehub.co.uk are usually accurate but errors do sometimes occur. Should we find an error in pricing we will let you know as soon as possible. We will then be given the option of cancelling or reconfirming your order at the correct price. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and payment will be refunded in full.
Faulty Goods
Please notify us by email providing details of the problem. Please provide us with digital photographs of the issue. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. This is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Exchanges will be arranged as quickly as possible. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received and checked. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility. If we are unable to offer the same goods, we will offer an alternative however you will have the option of a refund. Liability
The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
