Products bought in the Sale

Any item bought online in the ‘sale’ can not be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.  All sale items are only available while stock lasts.

Returns Process

Send us an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, description of the product you wish to return and a brief reason for the return.

We will reply with the address of where to return the goods.  Please place the unused goods into the original packaging then package them securely ready for returning. Please include a copy of the returns email.  Ensure you have the relevant insurance from your chosen courier to cover loss or damage, we cannot be held responsible for this.

To receive a full refund goods must be returned to us in within 28 days in the original packaging in an unused condition. It is your responsibility to prevent any damage during transit, therefore extra packaging may be needed.  Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs.

Once received the goods will be checked and providing are in excellent condition a full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. We cannot accept returned goods if the original packaging has been used, or goods worn as we are then unable to resell the products.

If the products are defective/ damaged on delivery, we will reimburse your reasonable cost on returning (up to the cost of returning by Royal Mail standard service). Products must be in ‘as delivered’ condition and in the original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting. Any orders that do not involve damage or defective items will not be eligible for P&P refund.

For health and hygiene reasons (unless there is fault) we can not refund or exchange any product that has been in contact with a human/ animal. It is therefore in a ‘used’ condition so please ensure that you protect products from becoming marked whilst trying them on for size and fit.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns.  Please include photos/ video to help us understand your concern.  If we agree your item needs to be returned we will send you an address and you will need to include your order number and copy of email including your contact details and reason for the return.  Once we have received the items we will conduct an inspection and email you with our findings.  If the item is deemed as faulty then we will either replace the item or offer a refund.   Your return P&P will be refunded upto £4.95.

Please note if your returned item is not deemed faulty by us or the manufacturer your P&P will not be refunded.  You will also be liable for the P&P for us to return the item to you.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 30 working days from where the money was originally debited.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
