Returns (retail only)
We want our customers to be able to shop happy in the knowledge that items can be returned if they are unsuitable. You must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, description of the product you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. We will require proof of purchase from The Mane Hub online, your order number will suffice.
Products must be returned within 28 days in an unused condition and in the original packaging. This is your responsibility, so please use extra packaging to help prevent damage during transit. Please include a copy of the returns email and ensure you have the relevant insurance from your chosen shipper to cover any loss or damage which could occur in transit. We cannot be held responsible for this.
Once we receive the goods they will be checked over and if in a saleable condition as described a full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. We are unable to accept returned goods if the original packaging has been used/ damaged or if there is less than 100% volume remaining because we are then unable to resell the products to other customers.
If the products are damaged on delivery, we will reimburse your reasonable cost of returning (up to the cost of returning by Royal Mail standard service). Products must be in ‘as delivered’ condition and in the original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting. Any orders that do not involve damage will not be eligible for P&P refund.
For safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of items that have been opened and are therefore in a ‘used’ condition unless there is a fault with them.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited.
