Delivery Info (RETAIL)
Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse same day (if order placed before 1 pm) we will normally deliver goods within 2-5 working days of dispatch. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order normally between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Please ensure you quote a mobile number on your order.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Your order will be sent via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will require a signature. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please try to make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
Problem With Delivery
Please check the goods on delivery, any goods found to be missing or damaged must be notified to us immediately. You need to keep hold of the delivery note and all the packaging.
